Returns for Unused Products: At VMP HOME, we accept returns and process refunds for unused products purchased exclusively from vmphome.com. If you need to return an unused product bought online, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. In the event of an error in your order on our part, we will quickly send the correct item at no extra charge and arrange for return shipping at our expense. Please contact our customer service to report any incorrect items received.

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

• All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.
• The product must be free from damages, scratches, and/or defects.
• All merchandise must not have been installed.
• You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item, including manuals, accessories, and packaging materials, and it must be unopened.
• All free or gift items, including accessories, must be included with your return.
• There can be no writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item.
• Installation fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs: The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns associated with our “Free Shipping offer” will have the original shipping fees that VMP HOME incurred in the process of shipping your order deducted from the refund.
