We couldn't be happier with the service we received from VMP home. Vali and his team installed a new A/C heat pump in our apartment, and the entire process was highly professional and efficient from start to finish. The customer service is wonderful, and they worked with us to figure out the best solutions on this complex project. We spoke to many HVAC contractors, but VMP is by far the most reliable and friendliest to work with. The quality of the work was very high, and they take the time to do things right. VMP are the absolute best at HVAC, I highly recommend them if you're considering putting in new A/C or heat in your home. They installed a multi-zone heat pump in our apartment, and we are very satisfied with the results. Unlike other HVAC contractors, Vali worked with us to carefully consider the aesthetics of the job, making sure to consider how our home would look like after all the units were installed and the pipes were covered up. He is also a very straight shooter and will take the time to educate you on your best options for buying a heat pump (or whatever else you may need, I'm sure.) Again, if you are considering upgrading your heating/cooling for your home, go with VMP! You'll be glad you did.

I contacted VMP Home for maintenance and service on our Tankless Water heater. It was very overdue for any type of flushing or maintenance. Vali arrived at set expected time , and went right to work to start to work on the water heater. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I was able to easily e-transfer payment after as well Will definitely look forward to continuing to do business with VMP Home in the future.
